As an Administrative Assistant at eYOLER INC. you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of our company. Reporting to the office manager, this full-time position is based in our Bonifacio Global City Taguig City Metro Manila office.
What you'll be doing
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Handling various clerical duties such as filing, document preparation, and data entry
- Serving as the primary point of contact for incoming calls and visitors, ensuring excellent customer service
- Assisting with event planning and coordination
- Maintaining office supplies and inventory, and placing orders as needed
