This is NOT an entry-level position. Our client is a thriving Auto Mechanic Repair and Maintenance business with multiple locations who needs an advanced Admin Assistant with years of experience working with small USA businesses delivering customer service, social media, and admin operations.

What You’ll Be Responsible For…
Customer Service & Revenue Support
- Handle inbound customer service calls with clarity, professionalism, and empathy
- Make outbound billing and appointment setting calls using Zoho CRM (warm leads)
- Support customer communication via email and messaging
Social Media & Lead Engagement
