Summary An Owner/Executive of a busy Seattle restaurant is in need of an Administrative Assistant to assist in the Executive's daily tasks and long-term projects. This position will entail a wide variety of tasks, including, but not limited to: Managing communications, screening resumes, proofreading, creating and editing a variety of documents and spreadsheets, scheduling, and updating calendars. Maintaining a working knowledge of the business and ALL projects underway. Performing customer-service related duties for the restaurant including making phone calls, emailing, and organizing staff-related projects. Running errands (primarily for business, but sometimes personal). Having a reliable car is a must. Qualifications Required: Be a GREAT communicator, including a proven level of emotional maturity and reliability. Strong critical-thinking skills and ability to prioritize.
