Job Description

We are seeking an effective communicator, that can meet deadlines, build rapport with clients and complete administrative tasks to standard.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answering phones, printing, data entry, confirming appointments and scheduling meetings.
- Ensure incoming calls are attended in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Answering client, provider queries, providing exceptional customer service.
- Provide information & liaising with staff.
- Maintain office including ordering stationary.
- Supporting with administrative tasks, including care plan management.
- Ad hoc tasks to support business operation, such as purchasing goods.
- Some afterhours work may be required if managing the on-call emergency number.
ABOUT YOU:
- Ability to meet deadlines & independent time management skills.
- Experienced with Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Confident answering incoming calls & completing data entry.
