Key Responsibilities :
- Manage front desk operations including greeting visitors and answering calls.
- Maintain student records and handle document filing (digital and paper-based).
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Provide support to the counseling and admissions teams.
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate purchasing.
Requirements :
- Diploma or certificate in administration or a related field (preferred).
- Prior experience in an office support or receptionist role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
