ROLE OVERVIEW  

We are looking for a Junior Assistant – Admin who enjoys supporting people, organizing work, and learning how a growing organization functions from the inside. This is an entry-level role with structured exposure to HR coordination, office administration, and internal operations.

ELIGIBILITY  

• Commerce / Management graduates (freshers welcome)  

OR  

• 1–2 years of experience in admin, coordination, or support roles  

Final selection is based on behaviour, thinking ability, communication, and learning attitude – not qualification alone.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES  

• Support HR coordination activities such as job postings, interview scheduling, and onboarding documentation  

• Handle office administration including stationery management, inventory tracking, travel bookings, and internal meeting coordination
