Job Description

Description:

  • Process sales orders and other customer requests efficiently.
  • Respond to customer emails and answer incoming phone calls.
  • Communicate order status with internal teams.
  • Create orders in SAP and manage billing processes.
  • Post receipts and shipments in SAP related to third-party shipments.
  • Update reporting data regularly.
  • Process invoices diligently as a primary task.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience processing invoices
  • Experience using SAP ERP
  • Proficient in Excel, including pivot tables and V-lookups.
  • At least 1 year of administrative experience

Work Environment
