Responsibilities:

  • Handle general office administrative duties and paperwork
  • Organise and maintain company documents, materials, and data
  • Use Microsoft Excel for data entry, tracking, and basic reporting
  • Maintain accurate filing systems and records
  • Provide administrative support to various departments
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Work Location: Pasir Ris
  • Salary: Up to $2200
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am-6pm
  • Able to start work immediately or on short notice
