Job Description
The Administrative Associate – Materials / Inventory Management is responsible for supporting effective material management, inventory control, and warehouse operations to ensure accurate stock monitoring and timely availability of materials. The role involves close coordination with procurement, logistics, and operations teams while maintaining data accuracy and compliance with warehouse and inventory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular monitoring, reconciliation, and system updates.
- Track materials using inventory management systems, files, and inventory trackers.
- Ensure inventory record accuracy by applying FIFO principles and conducting regular checks.
- Prepare inventory, variance, and Year-to-Date (YTD) reports for management review.
