Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

  • 2 years of administrative experience in a technology company or multinational environment working on administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities co-ordination, etc.).

Preferred qualifications:

  • Ability to build relationships with all stakeholders (e.g., leaders, team members, EABPs).
  • Ability to be a forward-looking thinker who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions.
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders across various job functions.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines efficiently while remaining proactive and solution-oriented.
  • Ability to collaborate within a team environment while maintaining high individual productivity.
