Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Administrative Clerk / Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. The successful candidate will handle administrative tasks, maintain records, and assist management and staff to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties
  • Manage and organize files, records, and documents (physical and digital)
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and handle correspondence
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
  • Prepare reports, memos, and other documents as required
  • Maintain office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Assist with data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Greet visitors and provide administrative support to staff and management
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
