We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Administrative Clerk / Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. The successful candidate will handle administrative tasks, maintain records, and assist management and staff to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties
- Manage and organize files, records, and documents (physical and digital)
- Answer phone calls, emails, and handle correspondence
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
- Prepare reports, memos, and other documents as required
- Maintain office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Assist with data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Greet visitors and provide administrative support to staff and management
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
