Exact Staff is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Administrative Clerk II to provide high-level clerical and administrative support. This position performs a wide range of duties, including recordkeeping, data entry, report preparation, and office coordination. The ideal candidate will be able to handle complex administrative tasks with minimal supervision and maintain a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform general office duties such as preparing correspondence, reports, and memoranda.
• Maintain and update departmental and tenant records, files, and inventory systems.
• Compile and tabulate data; prepare statistical and administrative reports.
• Input and maintain data in computer programs; generate reports as needed.
• Assist with special projects and coordinate with other departmental staff.
