Responsibilities

  • Corporate Compliance & Documentation

Prepare, update, and maintain SEC documents and other corporate filings.

Ensure timely renewals and submission of government-related reports.

  • Government Membership & Benefits Processing

Handle registration and benefits processing with SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, etc.

Maintain employee records and government contributions.

  • Payroll & Administrative Transactions

Process monthly payroll, reimbursements, allowances, and related admin transactions.

Maintain proper documentation of payroll records.

  • Customer & Internal Support

Provide customer support when needed via email/phone/chat.

Coordinate internal and external communication for admin-related concerns.
