The Administrative Coordinator, Check in/Check out is responsible for ensuring a smooth check in/check out process which will enhance the overall customer experience but ensuring an on-time, exception free delivery.
How You’ll Help
- Ensure specific freight bill details are captured to plan for Inbound/Outbound freight movement.
- Entering of dangerous good information to ensure accurate placard requirements.
- Updating the trip board to signal load is complete, all paperwork is ready and trailer is ready to move.
- Provide manifest details to P&D drivers (via handheld) as visibility to load sequence
- Ensuring Brokers/Drivers/Cartage have all P&D paperwork / info accounted for when returning to terminal to ensure freight statuses are updated accurately and timely and scan said paperwork to ...
