We currently have a vacancy for an Administrative Coordinator within our Perth Team. This position will be responsible for expediting and facilitating the flow of client purchase orders & equipment from multiple vendors to the PFS Perth Warehouse / Vendor premises / PFS Karratha Warehouse.

The fundamental responsibilities of this role include:

  • Maintaining regular communication with Client and their vendors to gather information on Purchase Order availability
  • Promptly addressing EDI discrepancies
  • Actioning and Monitoring Urgent Purchase Orders
  • Working closely with the PFS Team and carrying out daily / weekly administrative tasks
  • Preparing and distributing Expediting reports
  • Preparing transport load out manifests
  • Assisting Client and Vendors with the traceability of purchase orders
  • Assisting Operations Manager / Client Team with additional tasks when required

The successful candidate will have:

  • Positive and professional attitude
  • High attention to detail and strong planning and organising skills
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
  • High awareness of QHSE requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Current high risk forklift certification up to 5 tonne capacity
