Administrative Coordinator (ECP)

Job Purpose

The ECP Coordinator has the responsibility to ensure that the school offers a wide range of extracurricular opportunities for students at Raha that complement the school’s Mission and Vision and IB programmes. He/she is responsible for ensuring coherence of the programme and clear communication and accountability for staff. The ECP coordinator must also ensure that the programme is compliant with ADEK and Government regulations in Abu Dhabi. This role also involves supporting the school in the organising of local and international field trips as part of the Memorable Experiences Programme.

Key Accountabilities

• Coordinate the offerings and sign‑ups process for teacher‑led ECPs and Committees, including setup on SchoolsBuddy, balancing offerings between terms, ensuring spaces are available and supporting teachers to obtain proper resourcing, and providing details of each ECP to parents through Raha Reminders.
