Administrative Coordinator
Located in San Marcos, CA
Monday–Friday | 30–40 hours per week | $25/hr
We are seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Coordinator to support daily office operations and coordinate with subcontractors. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the central point of communication and keeping office processes running smoothly. Previous experience in a construction environment is helpful but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and route incoming phone calls in a professional manner
Communicate and coordinate with subcontractors and vendors
Provide administrative and clerical support to the team
Create, update, and maintain documents using Microsoft Office
Assist with invoicing, data entry, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks
