TheAdministrative Coordinator reports to the Managing Director’s Chief of Staff and provides administrative support tothe Managing Directorand Advisors to the Managing Director.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
Provide administrative and logistical support toManaging Director, Chief of Staff, and Advisors to the Managing Director, including monitoring incoming requests
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including high-level delegations meeting the Managing Director
Manage the Managing Directors Calendar, including scheduling meetings and requesting for briefs, with guidance from the Chief of Staff and Advisors to the Managing Director
Circulate the Managing Director’s daily agenda to the Deputy Managing Directors
Provide administrative support on OMD initiatives related to the bilateral meetings during Spring and Annual Meetings
