  • Manage multiple tasks such as filing, organizing documents, answering phones, scheduling meetings and maintaining records.
  • Provide customer service to clients handling inquiries coordinating office activities.

The ideal candidate must have excellent organizational skills be detail-oriented possess strong communication skills.
Essential qualifications include high school degree or equivalent experience in similar role proficiency in MS Office written verbal communication strong organizational problem-solving aptitude understanding of office systems procedures Experience working with immigrants preferable but not required
