Hours: Full-time, including at least one weekend day.

About the Role:

We're looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support our bakery and coffee shop operations. This onsite role involves staff scheduling, holiday management, and general admin tasks, plus a bit of hands-on learning with our bakery software and quality checks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling and Calendar Management: Coordinate staff schedules for the bakery and coffee shops, ensuring everyone's holidays and shifts are aligned.
  • Administrative and Bookkeeping Support: Handle routine admin duties and provide light bookkeeping assistance.
  • Use of Bakery Software (CAWA Bubble): Learn and utilize our bespoke bakery management software for administrative tasks; training will be provided.
