This high-visibility, front-facing role serves as the primary point of contact for employees seeking mental health, substance abuse, and general wellness support. The ideal candidate demonstrates professional maturity, strong administrative skills, strict confidentiality, and the ability to triage sensitive situations with compassion and confidence. As the “face” of the Employee Assistance Program, this individual supports employees navigating personal, emotional, and workplace challenges while maintaining exceptional judgment and resourcefulness. The role requires the ability to stay calm in a fast-paced environment.
