Provide the necessary data and information for regular reports, submissions and budgeting

Reimbursement and disbursement of Petty Cash

Any ad-hoc duties and support when necessary

Filing, photocopying, scanning & faxing of documents, etc

Manage admin duties such as data entry, email, preparing of simple contracts & issuing of invoices, etc

Handling of mails and phone calls

Other general administrative works

Monitor and manage account receivable and payable
