Position type: Fulltime - Contract role
Duration: 3+ Months (Possible Extension)
Location: Wayne, PA
As an Administrative Debt Collector, you will:Communicate directly with customers regarding invoices, collections, and account matters Manage and negotiate with customers to resolve outstanding balances Handle inbound emails related to collections and administrative tasks Carry out additional duties as assigned by Management Pull and distribute invoice copies (3 or more) Generate and process ad hoc invoices.
