A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for an Administrative Debt Collector


Position type: Fulltime - Contract role

Duration: 3+ Months (Possible Extension)

Location: Wayne, PA



As an Administrative Debt Collector, you will:
  • Communicate directly with customers regarding invoices, collections, and account matters
  • Manage and negotiate with customers to resolve outstanding balances
  • Handle inbound emails related to collections and administrative tasks
  • Carry out additional duties as assigned by Management
  • Pull and distribute invoice copies (3 or more)
  • Generate and process ad hoc invoices.
  • Retrieve and send contract copies.
  • Submit credit memos (including late/finance charges across multiple pieces and months).
  • Update and maintain contact information.
  • Perform Salesforce reassignments.
