Job Description
This role provides vital support in office administration and stakeholder coordination. Working closely with various teams, the Admin Executive ensures smooth daily operations, accurate reporting, and efficient systems that support informed decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to management and internal teams.
- Oversee office operations including supplies, maintenance, and vendor coordination.
- Prepare weekly sales presentations, reports and meeting materials
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date performance tracking records.
- Manage and update the company's social media accounts.
- Assist in finance functions such as claims, reimbursements and payment tracking.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, workshops, and company events.
- Perform other ad hoc duties and administrative tasks as assigned
