Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized Admin Executive to manage daily administrative and office support activities. The role requires coordination with internal teams, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities

Maintenance & Facility Management Responsibilities

  • Oversee all maintenance activities related to electricity, plumbing, air-conditioning, and general repairs
  • Coordinate with electricians for power supply, wiring issues, inverter/DG set, and electrical safety
  • Monitor electricity usage and report any faults or irregularities
  • Ensure timely maintenance and servicing of office equipment and facilities
  • Manage housekeeping staff and housekeeping agency for cleanliness and hygiene
