Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Admin Support to support our sales team. The role also involves handling enquiries, providing excellent customer service, manage contracts, source and assign leads, maintain accurate records, and provide admin support to ensure smooth operations.
What you'll be doing
- Review tender documents to extract relevant requirements for distribution to relevant stakeholders for follow up actions
- Assist in preparing Bill of Materials (BOM), filling up tender-related forms, and compiling complete tender submission documents.
- Monitor tender timelines and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure submission deadlines are met
- Draft and prepare maintenance contracts in accordance with agreed terms.
- Maintain contract records and track renewals or updates as required.
- Source through various portals to identify relevant leads and assigned out to the appropriate sales personnel
