Job Responsibilities

  • Process all orders with accuracy and timeliness - Sales Order, Proforma Invoice, Job Order, Stock Transfer, Delivery Order, and Invoices.
  • Coordinate, prepare and process sales order activities and delivery schedule, ensuring all sales orders are tracked and followed up on in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with other departments (workshop / logistic), arrange deliveries in a timely manner by ensuring customer expectations are met.
  • Provide exceptional after-sales support, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate various projects to ensure seamless execution and timely completion.
  • Supervise project procurement process inform clients on unforeseen delays or problems
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and courteous manner.
