Job Description
Role:
- Schedule audit and training assignments
- Co-ordinate with auditors and clients regarding audit assignments
- Compile and maintain clients' records
- Update and maintain accurate client database
- Review clients' application and audit reports
- Issuance certicates to clients
Requirement:
- Those with minimum 2 years working experience in customer service will be added advantageous
- Familiar with Microsoft Words, Excel & Outlook
- Possess good interpersonal and organizational skills
