Job Description

Role:

  • Schedule audit and training assignments
  • Co-ordinate with auditors and clients regarding audit assignments
  • Compile and maintain clients' records
  • Update and maintain accurate client database
  • Review clients' application and audit reports
  • Issuance certicates to clients

Requirement:

  • Those with minimum 2 years working experience in customer service will be added advantageous
  • Familiar with Microsoft Words, Excel & Outlook
  • Possess good interpersonal and organizational skills
