Job Description

Operational Excellence: Assist the Factory Manager in monitoring and coordinating all activities related to administration, purchasing, and weighbridge departments to ensure smooth operations.

Policy & Procedures: Establish, maintain, and review standard operating procedures and policies for administrative, purchasing, and weighbridge activities.

Compliance Management: Ensure the upkeep and timely renewal of company licenses and maintain ISO documentation and FSSC Supplier Control Procedures.

Procurement Management: Oversee procurement activities to ensure efficiency, and monitor monthly purchases through the SAP system.

Additional Duties: Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the superior from time to time.
