Office & Administrative Support
- Recruitment & On Boarding: Managing job descriptions, sourcing candidates, interviewing, hiring, background checks, and integrating new hires.
- Policy & Compliance: Developing and enforcing HR policies, ensuring adherence to labor laws, regulations, and organisational standards.
- Compensation & Benefits: Managing payroll, salary structures, benefits programs (health, retirement), and ensuring fair pay.
- Strategic Alignment: Collaborating with leadership to link HR initiatives with company objectives.
- Reporting: Providing data and insights to management on workforce trends.
- Workforce Planning: Forecasting talent needs and managing succession planning.
- Implement systems to improve workflow and productivity
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and conference rooms
- Coordinate travel arrangements (flights, hotels, itineraries)
- Ensure company policies and procedures are followed
- Act as a point of contact between departments
- Coach managers on performance improvement and leadership skills
- Drive employee engagement, well-being, and retention initiatives
- Manage payroll coordination and benefits administration
- Track HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, hiring time, engagement)
- Implement and manage HRIS and digital HR tools
- Business-oriented, not just administrative
- Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- Handle audits, inspections, and HR risk management
- Design reward and recognition programs
