About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organised Administrative Executive to support the day-to-day operations of our company. You will play a key role in ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently, while providing professional support to our team and customers.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain office records, files, and documentation.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for management.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and business documents.
  • Provide customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, invoicing, and inventory tracking.
  • Support in improving office procedures and workflow processes.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an Administrative Assistant / Executive role.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented and able to work accurately under pressure.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and committed to delivering high-quality service.
