We are a bilingual school (German-English and French-English) officially recognized by the Swiss Confederation. Around 250 children (between the age of two and twelve) from 17 different countries are currently attending the SSIS. Focused on expat's needs, the SSIS is embedded in the tropical landscape of Singapore, away from busy roads and designed as a learning oasis. We stand for a high-quality educational offer with the aim of enabling our students to learn independently and creatively.
We are looking for a German speaking Administrative Executive, commencing in May 2026.
Role And Responsibilities
Manages the student management tool LehrerOffice (in German), including overseeing data management, providing support, and conducting training sessions as the system administrator.
Manages and updates data for students, parents, and teachers—including photos—across various platforms.
