Responsibilities

  • Responsible in daily administrative duties such as following orders, issuing DO & invoices and etc
  • Responsible in product development, procurement and order follow up - home related merchandise
  • Responsible in managing and dealing with diverse overseas suppliers
  • Arrange and coordinate incoming shipment, ensure on-time delivery of goods
  • Prepare and facilitate shipments to sales and logistics teams
  • Maintains inventory check and records
  • Others assigned administrative duties such as office & showroom housekeeping, assist call-in enquiry and etc

Requirements

  • Candidate must posses at least polytechnic or A level education
  • At least 2 years experience in administration
  • Service-oriented and good interpersonal skills
  • Mature, efficient, clear minded, organized and creative
  • IT literacy and proficiency in MS Office
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin as need to liaise with Mandarin speaking associate

Working Location : Jurong East, opposite IMM Shopping Centre

Working Days : 5.5days with alternate Saturday off
