Job Description
Leads administrative functions, providing high-level support to engineering/technical departments, ensuring operational efficiency, resource management, and adherence to company standards, leveraging technical knowledge for better coordination with site/project teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Project & Document Control : Manage technical documentation, drawings, RFIs, submittals, and archive records; oversee daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Reporting & Analysis : Consolidate data, prepare presentations, charts, and dashboards for management; analyze resource data and operational activities.
- Operational Support : Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, arrange travel, handle correspondence (emails, calls), and manage office supplies/equipment.
