We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support the Operations team with administrative tasks related to documentation and operational support.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and review delivery notes and operational documentation
  • Keep internal records and files up to date
  • Provide administrative support to the Operations team
  • Assist with reports and data updates
  • Communicate in English when required (mainly spoken)
Requirements
  • Previous experience in an administrative role
  • High level of spoken English
  • Basic knowledge of office tools (Excel, Google Workspace, etc.)
  • Comfortable using AI tools as support for administrative tasks (recommended)
