We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support the Operations team with administrative tasks related to documentation and operational support.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and review delivery notes and operational documentation
- Keep internal records and files up to date
- Provide administrative support to the Operations team
- Assist with reports and data updates
- Communicate in English when required (mainly spoken)
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- High level of spoken English
- Basic knowledge of office tools (Excel, Google Workspace, etc.)
- Comfortable using AI tools as support for administrative tasks (recommended)
