Facility Project Manager (FPM)
Department : Facilities & Administration

Reports To : Director India – Facilities & Real Estate
Role Summary
The Facility Project Manager will lead end-to-end delivery of facility build-outs, expansions, renovations and Capex projects across sites. The role requires strong technical, project management and stakeholder coordination skills to ensure timely, cost-efficient and compliant project execution.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead new facility setups, interior fit-outs and infrastructure upgrades.
• Prepare project plans, timelines, budgets and progress dashboards.
• Oversee MEP works (Electrical, HVAC, Fire & Safety, Networking) and ensure technical quality.
• Manage contractors/vendors and ensure adherence to SLAs, safety norms and project timelines.
• Validate BOQs, proposals, and Capex budgets, drive cost optimization.
• Ensure statutory compliance, local approvals and audit readiness.
• Coordinate with IT, HR, Business Operations, Physical Security and Finance for project alignment.
• Conduct site reviews, risk assessments, quality inspections and issue resolution.
• Facilitate smooth handover including snag closure, commissioning and documentation.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil/Electrical/Mechanical preferred).
• 10–12 year’s experience in Facility Projects within BPO/ITES or corporate real estate.
• Strong technical understanding of MEP, interior works, and commercial infrastructure.
• Experience managing projects 50,000–200,000 sq. ft.
• Certifications like PMP/Prince2 preferred.
Technical Skills
• Project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana/Jira).
• AutoCAD and ability to read drawings/BOQs.
• Budgeting, Capex planning, cost control.
• Knowledge of electrical load planning, UPS/DG, HVAC, fire systems.
Behavioural Skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• High ownership and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines.
