Job Description

1. What will be your role

  • Coordinate with LGUs for business permit issuance and ensure legal registration.
  • Manage the transfer of ownership or business operations, including updating contracts and agreements.
  • Obtain necessary permits from DOE for fuel storage, distribution, and operations.
  • Oversee the approval and securing of building permits for construction or expansion.
  • Ensure compliance with electrical and water usage requirements.

2. What you bring to the table

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or similar

3. Must haves

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in administrative management, office management, or similar leadership roles.
  • Preferably from a retail background with exposure to multi-branch operations.
  • Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure.
