Aboutthis role
TheAdministration Officer works in the Office of the ExecutiveDirector for Mental Health Services and Dental Health Services(MHSDHS). They provide a comprehensive and confidential executivesupport service for the Director of Medical Services and coordinateadministrative services for the Office of the Executive Directorincluding employee contracts, accounts and recordsmanagement.
Thisposition reports to the Executive Services Coordinator. See theattached Job Description Form for more information.

To besuccessful in this position, you should have experience inadministrative and support positions, with exposure to seniorpersonnel, and exposure to a breadth of administrative tasksincluding contracts and accounts management.
