SALARY: SG-18 (Php 46,725.00) PERA: P2,000.00
Responsibilities
- 30% - Coordinates and monitors the implementation of HRD programs, projects and activities in Recruitment and Selection, Performance Management System, Leave and Payroll Administration, Employee Welfare and Benefits Programs, and Human Resource Information System.
- 15% - Prepares programs and projects in all areas of human resources management.
- 10% - Conducts researchers and studies on human resource management.
- 15% - Acts as custodian for supplies, materials, equipment and makes periodic inventories thereof.
- 10% - Reviews requisitions/purchase requests and determines if they are in accordance with the approved project procurement management plan (PPMP)/Supplemental PPMP.
- 10% - Prepares Procurement Reports.
- 10% - Performs other related functions.
