We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive Admin Support / Junior HR to assist the CEO in day-to-day operations, people management, and administrative coordination.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organizing, following up, managing schedules, handling HR support tasks, and acting as a trusted execution partner to leadership.
Key Responsibilities
CEO & Executive Support
- Manage the CEO’s daily schedule, meetings, reminders, and follow-ups
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, calls, and calendars
- Track action items and ensure timely execution
- Draft emails, messages, and internal communications on behalf of the CEO
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business and HR information.
