We are seeking a temporary administrative collaborator to support our team. The ideal candidate will be flexible, customer-oriented and have excellent communication skills.

About the Role

The role involves managing hail events, handling phone reports of claims and independently managing quick settlement processes in the field of motor insurance. You will assist on-site at our drive-in centers for damage inspection and support the team with claims processing tasks.

• Commercial training or experience in the commercial sector is preferred;


• A customer-oriented approach is essential;


• Flexibility regarding work hours and location is required;

The ideal candidate should also have excellent written and spoken Italian ; good knowledge of French and/or German is an advantage;
