Position Title: Administrative & Scheduling Coordinator Work Set-up: Work from Home Schedule: Monday Friday, 6:00 am 3:00 pm PH Time Salary: Php 40,000 Php 45,000 About the Role Our client, a growing Australian trades & services company, is hiring a highly organised Administrative & Scheduling Coordinator to manage technician schedules, handle customer communication, and support day-to-day operations. This is a phone-heavy role. You must have real experience speaking with Australian customers (homeowners, tenants, property managers, real estate agencies). Chat/email-only experience does not qualify. If you handle scheduling under pressure, communicate clearly, and can manage fast-moving workflows this role is for you.
