The Administrative Sourcing Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the Sourcing Department, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in supplier documentation, purchase requests, data management, and coordination between internal teams and suppliers. This role plays a key part in maintaining the flow of information and supporting day-to-day sourcing activities aligned with company procedures and timelines.
Responsabilidades
Main Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the Sourcing team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining supplier records.
Manage and organize supplier documentation such as quotations, contracts, and certifications.
Create and update purchase requisitions and follow up on approvals in ERP systems (Workday, SAP, or similar).
Assist in tracking orders, deliveries, and invoices to ensure timely processing.
