Job Title: Administration Specialist:
Job Overview:
As an Administrative Specialist, you will be responsible for managing global employee travel, daily office administration, and providing front desk support to ensure the efficient operation of the company. This role requires strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Support & Coordination:
Assist with global employee travel management, including but not limited to flights, hotels, visa arrangements, and other related matters.
Reconcile and process travel expenses monthly, ensuring timely handling of invoices and payment requests.
Administrative Support:
Manage the procurement and inventory of office supplies, ensuring sufficient stock of office equipment and materials.
Coordinate daily administrative tasks and provide support to various departments.
Meeting & Event Support:
Assist in organizing internal company meetings, training sessions, exhibitions, annual events, and other activities.
Provide logistical support, including catering, transportation, and accommodation arrangements.
Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in administration or related fields.
Work Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience, with front desk or administrative experience preferred.
Language Skills: Good written and spoken communication skills in both Hindi and English.
Skills: Proficiency in office software (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint), strong organizational and communication skills.
Personal Qualities: Detail-oriented, patient, team player, able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
