Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office and kitchen supplies (stock monitoring, unpacking deliveries, organizing shared kitchen space)
- Welcome guests, handle courier deliveries and distribute mail
- Provide admin support to employees (basic tech help, travel accounts, vendors accounts, navigating internal systems)
- Assist with meeting and event setup (e.g. Town Halls, workshops, Christmas Party)
- Coordinate basic office maintenance and vendor communication
- Maintain internal platforms (SharePoint updates, document organization)
- Support employee engagement initiatives and help create a positive workplace
Key Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Portuguese (spoken and written)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
