Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office and kitchen supplies (stock monitoring, unpacking deliveries, organizing shared kitchen space)
  • Welcome guests, handle courier deliveries and distribute mail
  • Provide admin support to employees (basic tech help, travel accounts, vendors accounts, navigating internal systems)
  • Assist with meeting and event setup (e.g. Town Halls, workshops, Christmas Party)
  • Coordinate basic office maintenance and vendor communication
  • Maintain internal platforms (SharePoint updates, document organization)
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and help create a positive workplace

Key Requirements:

  • Fluency in English and Portuguese (spoken and written)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
