Qualifications:
- Graduate of Business Administration, Office Management, or any relevant degree
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Has working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat
- Proficient in CRM Software (Salesforce) or other CRM/Workflow platforms
