Job Description
- The Administrative Staff for a realty company plays a dual role, combining administrative support with communication and sales assistance. This individual ensures the smooth functioning of day-to-day operations, maintains excellent client relationships, and supports sales activities to help the company achieve its goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, real estate, or a related field is an advantage.
- Previous experience in administrative roles, preferably in real estate or sales-related industries.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and real estate CRM software (if applicable).
- Knowledge of real estate terminology and processes is a plus.
