Key Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and friendly manner
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
  • Provide general administrative support to management and staff
  • Maintain office records, databases, and filing systems (physical and digital)
  • Coordinate office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
  • Assist with onboarding paperwork and coordination for new employees
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management

Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate of bachelor's degree
  • Proven experience in an administrative or receptionist role preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional appearance and customer-service mindset
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar tools
