Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Greet visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
- Provide general administrative support to management and staff
- Maintain office records, databases, and filing systems (physical and digital)
- Coordinate office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Assist with onboarding paperwork and coordination for new employees
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate of bachelor's degree
- Proven experience in an administrative or receptionist role preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional appearance and customer-service mindset
