Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage correspondence related to warehouse activities.
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as purchasing, sales, and customer service, to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Communicate with carriers and logistics providers to schedule pickups and deliveries.
  • Relay information between warehouse staff and management.
  • Provide general administrative support to the warehouse team, including photocopying, scanning, and faxing.
  • Order and maintain office supplies.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Assist with onboarding new warehouse staff.

Qualifications

  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve minor issues independently.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to learn new tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Less than 1 year experience
