Job Description
Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage correspondence related to warehouse activities.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as purchasing, sales, and customer service, to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Communicate with carriers and logistics providers to schedule pickups and deliveries.
- Relay information between warehouse staff and management.
- Provide general administrative support to the warehouse team, including photocopying, scanning, and faxing.
- Order and maintain office supplies.
- Schedule meetings and appointments.
- Assist with onboarding new warehouse staff.
Qualifications
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve minor issues independently.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn new tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
- Less than 1 year experience
