Job Summary
Responsible for overseeing the daily operations and maintenance of a head office building or facility. This includes supervising third-party contractors, coordinating maintenance and repair work, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, managing tenant relations, and handling administrative duties to ensure the smooth functioning of the property. Responsible for providing clerical and administrative support to ensure that services are provided in an effective and efficient manner.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, office administration, or any related field.
- Certification in Facility Management is a plus.
Work Experience
- At least 2 years of experience with administrative functions and processes.
Technical Competencies
- Proficient in office software and communication tools
- Familiar with SAP
